In these results, you want to see the following:
Packet Loss < 5%
Jitter <= 5ms
Round Trip Time (RTT) <1,000ms
These aren't exact numbers and one could factor could impact others, but if you consistently see these numbers, there may be a connectivity issue between your device and the cloud services for ExpertConnect.
