With the new global search feature in ExpertConnect, users can find relevant information, previous solutions, and insights faster and more efficiently than before. Quickly find and sort through ticket details and activity through the search bar. Follow the steps below on how to use this feature.
Ticket Search is currently only available for the following information:
- Ticket Number
- Ticket Title
- Ticket Description
- Ticket Resolution & Misc.
- Public and Private Messages
- File names
- Click the search bar on the top right of the page.
- Type in the keyword.
- Select the filters you would like to use on the right side of the pop-up.
- Ticket Details and Ticket Activity are set to the default filters
- Click on the desired ticket link.
ExpertConnect is releasing global search in phases and plans to continue reviewing content that will be included in the feature. Coming soon as a part of additional search criteria is:
- Customer Name
- Equipment Details
- Call Transcripts
