Customer Ticket History Access Level
Admins can select what kind of permission level advisors have to view ticket history of customers. To select the permission level, follow the steps below:
- Click the Admin tab
- Under Company Profile scroll down to Customer History Access
- Click on the drop and and select the Company's permission level
- Full Access: Advisors can access tickets assigned to any team via Customer History
- Limited Access: Advisors can only access tickets for teams they are on via Customer History
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen
