The Dealership Support View provides dealership leaders with a centralized view of all support tickets created by their dealership with Deere Internal Teams that use ExpertConnect as their ticketing system. This view helps leadership easily track ongoing and new support interactions with Deere in one place.
What Is the Dealership Support View?
The Dealership Support View displays all advisor tickets created by your dealership, regardless of which advisor or team originally submitted the ticket. It is designed to give dealership leadership better visibility into dealer‑to‑Deere support activity.

Key Details
Dealership‑Wide Visibility
- Tickets are shown across the entire dealership.
- This view is not team‑specific and includes all advisor‑created tickets at the dealership level.
Role‑Based Access
- Only users with the Manager or Admin role in ExpertConnect can see the Dealership Support View.
The Dealership Support View helps dealership leaders:
- Monitor and track dealer‑to‑Deere support activity in one centralized location
- Improve awareness and accountability around open support tickets
- Gain better insight into support trends and volume over time
Important Notes
- This view includes only tickets involving Deere Internal Teams that use ExpertConnect as their support system.
- Historical tickets created before activation will not be included.
