Outbound Calls from Mobile
From the ExpertConnect mobile app, advisors can place an outbound phone call within an existing support ticket. Click the phone icon in the top right corner within the ticket to immediately initiate an outbound phone call to the customer on the ticket.
To initiate an outbound phone call to create a new ticket, open your ExpertConnect app and click on the + icon in the bottom center. Type the contact's name or phone number and click on the phone icon.
