Teamstream Internal Chatting

ExpertConnect's internal chatting tool, Teamstream, allows advisors to chat internally within the teams they are on within the ExpertConnect web dashboard. Within a Teamstream chat, advisors can attach photos, videos, or audio recordings to share with their colleagues.
Teamstream on the web dashboard
- Click on the Teamstream icon on the top left corner of the web dashboard.
- Select the team you wish to chat within.
- You'll have access to chat with only teams that you are an advisor on. Other advisors on the team that will be in the Teamstream thread are listed at the top of the pop out.
To receive notifications for new Teamstream messages, ensure you have the notification toggle inside of Teamstream turned on for your web dashboard.
