From the Web Dashboard: 

  • From the Create New Ticket box Type PDC or PSS, and a list of available teams will populate.  Click on the ticket icon and fill out the title and Issue Summary. Once you click submit, a ticket will be generated with the appropriate team. 
  • If unsure which team to contact, check here. 

 

 

From the Mobile App: 

  • Click the plus icon and search for the team by name or account name from the populated list. Click the ticket icon, fill out the title and issue summary, and click create ticket to submit. You can read more on opening a mobile request here.

 

 

  • The ExpertConnect team cannot help you with any order information, other than redirecting you to a different team.
