This feature is designed to streamline updating advisor information such as phone numbers, email addresses, ability to add/remove advisors to/from a team and a quick look at what ring schedules advisors are on! Follow the steps below on how to utilize this feature.

  1. Click on the Manage page and select the Advisor tab. 
  2.  Select the advisor or manger you are wanting to update information for. 

  1.  Fields that Managers can be update include
    1. Phone Number
    2. Email Address
    3. Role
    4. Teams
    5.  Removing advisors from a ring schedule 
  2. Fields that Admins can update: 
    1. First and last name
    2. John Deere User ID
    3. Phone Number
    4. Email Address
    5. Role
    6. Teams
    7.  Removing advisors from a ring schedule 

Please note that primary information cannot be updated in this view.
