If your IT department blocks certain outbound connections there are various things you can do to solve or bypass this.
General usage
In order to use ExpertConnect, you need to whitelist the following domains over HTTPS (port 443).

- api.expertconnect.support
- api.cobrowse.io
- sgnr-deere-prod.service.signalr.net
- agrisyncapp-res.cloudinary.com
- s3-deere-cl-prod.s3.amazonaws.com
- media.twiliocdn.com
- eventgw.twilio.com
- cdn.onesignal.com
- onesignal.com
- cdnjs.cloudflare.com
- kit.fontawesome.com
- cdn.agora.io
- code.jquery.com
- cdn.jsdelivr.net
- unpkg.com
- www.gstatic.com
- font.googleapis.com
- js.stripe.com
- client.crisp.chat
- client.relay.crisp.chat
If you already allow port 443 globablly, you shouldn't need to update your firewall.
Video calls
If you are having issues with video calls, the ExpertConnect team can enable proxying for your company. Contact us at expertconnect@johndeere.com to request.
Next, whitelist the following addresses over HTTPS (port 443):
- 103.230.251.252
- 148.153.66.221
- 148.153.116.142
- 23.236.115.138
- 117.34.213.5
- 47.74.211.17
- 52.80.192.229
- 52.52.84.170
- 47.96.234.219
If you already allow port 443 globally, you shouldn't need to update your firewall.
Your IT department will also need to whitelist domains the following domains once your company has the proxy enabled:
- agora.io
- edge.agora.io
- sd-rtn.com
- edge.sd-rtn.com
This means that going forward all video connections for users in your company will be done through a proxy.
